Use of the Service

Brokerage Core is a real estate brokerage operations platform used to manage contacts, opportunities, listings, transactions, documents, signatures, compliance workflows, reports, and related communications. You agree to use the service only for lawful brokerage and transaction-management purposes and in accordance with your brokerage policies.

Account and Transaction Records

You are responsible for keeping account and contact information accurate. Documents, electronic signatures, audit logs, communications, and transaction records may be retained as part of the brokerage file and may be used for compliance, supervision, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Electronic Communications

By using the service, you agree that the brokerage and platform may send transactional communications related to your account, documents, appointments, signatures, showings, deadlines, and real estate transactions by email, in-app notification, phone, or text message where permitted.

Text Messaging Terms — Brokerage Core

1. If you provide a mobile number and opt in to text messaging, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Brokerage Core and the brokerage or agent assisting you. Messages may include sign-in and account verification codes, document signing links or access codes, invitations and account setup links, appointment and showing updates, document and deadline reminders, and transaction-status notices. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of buying or selling real estate services.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number the messages come from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@brokeragecore.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

After opting out, you may still receive non-SMS communications needed to complete or document the transaction.

No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

The service may help organize documents, deadlines, forms, reminders, and calculations, but it does not provide legal, tax, financing, appraisal, inspection, or financial advice. Consult the appropriate licensed professional for advice about your transaction.
